The optimized marking head is the result of Automator's more than 20 years of experience in the world of laser marking: a single small body containing source, electronic part, galvo system and optics,easy to integrate, install and, most importantly, to use.
Mechanical shutter, because safety always comes first
Like all second-generation (Gen II) Automator lasers, VISII is also equipped with a CE-marked dual-channel mechanical safety shutter, which enables the laser to achieve a safety rating of SIL3 - PLE, which is the highest safety rating for a device of this type.
The mechanical double-contact safety shutter physically blocks the laser beam when the system signals an event in which safety fails or in situations where, inside booths, free access to the marking area is needed. Low-cost lasers do not guarantee this basic requirement and therefore do not meet current safety regulations.
