UBI Basic incorporates a shutter housing: this CE-certified double-channel mechanical safety shutter that operates to the millisecond is a tool that provides absolute safety for those using the laser marker. During marking, the shutter remains in an open position, while it closes when the operation is completed, providing a safety locking condition. Shutter movement can be controlled by the laser hardware/software or I/O signals. A certified, integrated safety sensor detects the position of the shutter blade in the housing, providing information confirming the status of the shutter position. UBI Basic is thus an extremely reliable Class 1 safety laser marker.
