New FYBRAII high-power, high-precision laser marking system generates a laser beam from the source to the head via a flexible fiber cable. The innovative main block and marking head are designed and optimized for marking, engraving and stamping in a heavy work environment where vibration, noise and dust are commonplace.
FYBRAII is an extremely comfortable modular system: the main block houses the source and the board with the electronic parts in two separate areas, so that dust, which might enter from the cooling fans, does not affect the electronic board, which is therefore isolated. The galvanometers are housed, together with the lenses, in the head block.
Fiber lasers allow a significant increase in source power without compromising the size of the laser dot. This ensures a deep and accurate marking result at higher powers and high system efficiency.

The mechanical double-contact safety shutter physically blocks the laser beam when the system signals an event where safety is compromised or in situations where unrestricted access to the marking area is needed inside booths. Low-cost lasers do not guarantee this basic requirement and therefore do not meet current safety regulations.
