ADP2560BA battery-powered microdot marker , a compact and lightweight unit capable of permanently marking various materials, such as metal, aluminium, iron, cast iron, plastic, etc. The characteristics of the text or image to be marked are easily set by software, such as character height and width, position in the marking area, working parameters, etc...
Two X and Y axes, each powered by a motor, determine the movement of the tip and the depth of the marking in the area to be marked. In other words, the marking machine can achieve any desired marking result. Unlike other Automator microdot models, the ADP2560BA is absolutely free of electrical or compressed air cables.

The machine is equipped with a pair of 18V batteries, providing excellent working autonomy. Each battery is easily installed and removable and can be fully recharged in one and a half hours. The charger is included.

The ADP2560BA battery-powered microdot marker uses software with an intuitive and flexible interface, which allows absolute graphic freedom. This software brings together all the requirements of more than 20 years of experience in dot marking. Thanks to the graphical touch screen display, it is easy to navigate and just as easy to create the messages to be marked and set the relevant parameters, also displaying the time of the operation. It is the only one of the Automator dot markers to have the controller integrated into the machine. The preview allows you to depict exactly what will be marked and any change in the message can be instantly displayed. The software provides for the creation of date messages in various formats, fixed or variable texts, codes, serial numbers, Datamatrix and logos. It is also possible to create programmes on a PC, which can be easily transferred to the Controller with a USB stick or via the USB connection.
