ADP300400 benchtop dot peen marker

Dot peen marking on anodised aluminium, burnished metals, cardboard, ceramic, ebony, wood, metals and alloys, hard plastics, polycarbonate, silicon, painted and glass

Thanks to the very versatile software and I/O signals available, the ADP is particularly suitable for in-line integration, networking systems, data customisation and production control.

Dot peen marking system with

  • 300x400mm marking area
  • Pneumatic, spring-return, and electric solenoid tip movement
  • Controlled point version for deep and fast marking or vibratory version for fast, high-quality marking
  • 6 different standard tips available for the controlled dot version
  • 2 different standard tips for the vibratory point version
  • 1 electric tip

Two universal controllers available

  • AC500 7″ colour graphic touch screen with talking icons
  • Connections Ethernet, RS232-485, Usb, I/O
  • AC250 basic version, with PC connection or stand alone up to 8 programmes

Easy-to-learn multilingual software with many open parameters:

  • Management of serial numbers, texts, basic geometric figures, shift and date codes in various formats
  • TTF fonts, dot fonts 5×7 - 7×11 - 11×16, OCRA - OCRB, file loading/unloading, importing
  • Dxf - Bmp, Query in txt and Cvs, Datamatrix and QRcode, scheduled maintenance,
  • Remote maintenance, fixed 64MB internal memory
