S.W.Y.M. (See What You Mark) - Vision, verifying and grading system

Laser marking made easy! S.W.Y.M. (See What You Mark) is the marking vision, reading, verification and grading system, designed and developed entirely by Automator. With S.W.Y.M. anyone can mark without specific knowledge of graphics software and without any experienceS.W.Y.M. frames the component to be marked and allows the operator to position the marking area on the image of the piece directly on the PC screen without entering coordinates and without the need to try and try again to get the desired marking in the right position. Make no mistake, use S.W.Y.M. to mark your products!

S.W.Y.M., thanks to the proprietary software of Automator EuGENIUSTM, is able to read barcodes and 2D, check their presence to avoid multiple markings and to give the codes a quality score to accept only those perfectly legible and to discard those of lesser legibility.

S.W.Y.M. allows:

  1. to see the piece to be marked directly on the PC screen and to manage the marking area to be carried out in real time directly on the piece itself, avoiding the operator expensive marking tests before finding the right position
  2. to read a barcode or a 2D code previously marked and to verify its correctness by comparing the read value with the relative reference. It also allows you to check the presence of the marking to avoid marking the same piece several times
  3. to read a previously marked code and verify its quality by assigning a score (grading). The system can provide both the setting of the literal classification (A, B, C …) and the numerical one (1,2,3 …)

S.W.Y.M. is available with all Automator laser marking systems, in safety class 1. See all Automator marking lasers.
