Laser marking system IDEO Class 1

Laser marking system with manually or pneumatically opening front door and large loading area, with standard integrated Z-axis of 800 mm height. Designed to mark medium to large objects, IDEO is a complete, stand-alone, flexible and easy-to-use marking system that can perfectly adapt to simple or massive production line applications. It is a Class 1 safety device. Large windows on three sides of the door allow the operator to control the laser marking activity, but it is also possible to integrate the new Automator SWYMTM (See What You Mark) vision system to control the marking activity directly on the PC screen. The standard Z axis is software-driven, but an optional automatic Y axis can also be integrated.

IDEO can accommodate all Automator laser marking sources: NANOVISIII, belonging to Automator's new aWave family of products with self-adjusting frequency; VISII, an innovative one-piece laser with YVO4 source in OEM 10, 20, 30 and 40W versions; GREENVISII, an innovative one-piece green laser in 3, 5 and 10 W versions; FYBRAII, the powerful 21, 35 and 62, 82 and 100W active fiber laser; MOPAII and MOPA3 , lasers designed for marking in “absolute black” or making coloring on metals. The management software allows the operator to mark anything, even complex logos, serial numbers and data matrix. IDEO, requires a PC, not included by Automator.
